Who the FUCK are you to decide what people can and cannot empathize with? You don’t know anything about them. It isn’t hurting anyone when people blog about them. If its something you don’t like, then maybe you shouldn’t browse/post in the tag. It’s simple. There’s shit that offends me personally, but I’m mature enough to realize that I don’t need to spout off my opinion to everyone. “Professional help” my asshole. I’m getting my degree in psychology and your degree is obviously in petty bullshit. I’m pretty sick of seeing these fucking posts in tags I track. The author of this post just happened to get the brunt of my anger. Not that I’m sorry.
I’m getting my degree in Forensic Biology, not that it makes any difference. Just because you’re getting you’re degree in Psychology doesn’t mean you’re opinion on what is healthy is right.
I may not know anything about the people posting it but I do know that it is unhealthy to post things like this. Would you think it healthy for people to idolise the Stuebenville Football Players for raping a girl repeatedly while drunk?
And actually it is hurting people when they blog about them. Do you honestly think that the families of the people left over after Columbine wouldn’t be distraught seeing some girl on the internet writing fan fiction about it. Or kids of Elizabeth Kendall or the family of the victims of the Soham Murders or the McCann family or any other family that has had someone taken away from them in a way like this.
By all means, you go ahead and carry on thinking about what serial killer documentary you’re going to watch when you’re in church or Merits of John Wayne Gacy but don’t try to tell me it’s healthy or acceptable to idolise someone who has destroyed another persons life.
Now kindly, take your psychological bullshit and fuck off because i have no time for you or anyone like you.

There’s nothing wrong with being interested in serial killers and the case and evidence around them. There is something wrong when you’re empathising and idolising them. If you think they deserve sympathy after killing large amounts of people then you need to see some sort of professional counselling service.
Serial killers are not idols. Serial killers are not to be idolised. They have taken away people’s lives. They have raped and sodomised and beaten and tortured and abused and murdered people. They are one of the worst people in society. Stop posting pictures, stop making them into memes. The things these people have done are not funny and they should never be seen that way.
